The Citizen’s Foundation

With the prior approval of the Dean FEMNS, I Dr. Adnan Zaib, the In-charge administration as an alumni of The Citizen Foundation (TCF) a well-known educational institute promoting education in Pakistan, participated in an event on education as a “Hero Speaker” held at TCF School, Kohi Brohi Goth, Malir Karachi on Saturday 29^th January 2022.

 

TCF model focuses on providing quality education through purpose-built schools located in the heart of Pakistan’s urban slums and rural communities. The organization ensures that girls make up nearly 50% of overall student strength.  To magnify its impact, improve enrollment and quality of education, TCF have 1,441 school units and 204,000+ students across the country.

 

The session included testimonies of the TCF alumni. The student had different queries regarding my journey towards higher studies being TCF alumni. They also asked about improvement in education in the least privileged areas of Pakistan. During my testimony I shared my experiences relating to education and community services.  I also shared the role of Ziauddin University in the education (primary to university level) and health sector.
