Qualification: M. Sc / PHD – Food Technology
Experience: 10 – 12 years of experience
1. Responsible and accountable for setting and advancing the academic strategy of the Department in line with Faculty and University strategic plans and direction .
2. Refresh and develop new programs in order to attract new students and markets .
3. Ensure the highest level of quality, integrity and ethics in all research undertaken.
4. Create new opportunities for knowledge transfer activity in order to secure additional income streams and new areas of teaching and/or research.
